**RevOps Manager at Tiberius Aerospace in Remote, United States** **What you'll do** - Own Salesforce as the central system of record for all leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, programs, geographies, and customer activity - Build and maintain pipeline architecture spanning business development, capture, proposals, and program-level engagement - Design the forecasting cadence: pipeline coverage, stage-to-close conversion, weighted forecast, and forecast-to-actuals accuracy - Build dashboards and reporting packs that give leadership visibility into leads, pipeline, conversion, program-level opportunities, geographic coverage, and revenue forecast **What they're looking for** - CRM expert with strong Salesforce experience - Working knowledge of the full revenue lifecycle (BD, capture, proposals, program delivery) - Ability to build scalable systems that give leadership a clear view of commercial activity - Experience in aerospace and defense industry preferred **Details** - Location: Remote, United States - Type: Full-time - Salary: Not specified
